At Transdev we are currently seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer for our Trambaix operations!

As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will play a key role in improving operational performance, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to tramway projects. You will also monitor KPIs, support maintenance and asset management, and help ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations through continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operational Excellence Engineer, your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Support Power BI analysis and data exploitation.
- Collaborate in the management of tramway projects
- Participate in asset updates using GIS (Geographic Information System).

- Contribute to drafting operational procedures for maintenance activity control within the department's integrated management system.
- Collaborate in analyzing works that affect tramway facilities.




- Provide support in controlling and coordinating third-party works that impact tramway facilities.
- Monitor KPIs, incidents, contractual reports, renewals, vandalism control, and municipal relations.
- Manage internal maintenance.
- Manage company assets.

Required Education and Experience

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in relevant environments.
- Knowledge and motivation to grow in the specified areas (Power BI, project management, GIS, maintenance, and coordination).
- Teamwork skills, results orientation, and a strong curiosity for innovation.

Language

Intermediate to advanced level of English and French (fluent enough to participate in meetings).
