Experteer Overview
As Strategy Associate, you will help scale Factorial’s Strategy team by designing scalable processes and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. You’ll collaborate with the Channel team to drive partnerships and expand into new markets, leveraging data to inform go-to-market actions. You will own partner reporting for visibility and decision-making, and help replicate success across markets. This role offers hands-on impact in shaping our growth through strategic partnerships and AI-enabled ideas.

Responsabilidades




• Bachelor in Engineering or Tier-1 business school
• 2–3 years in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup, or VC
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyze and interpret data
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with proactive learning attitude
• High proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French/German/Italian a plus
