Build the company's operational structure.Define roles, workflows and priorities that enable sustainable growth.Processes & SOPsImplement operating procedures, monitoring systems and professional tools that improve efficiency across the business.Production & SourcingWork directly with manufacturing partners in China.Coordinate product development, sampling and production timelines.Logistics & WarehousingManage daily operations with warehouses in China and international logistics partners.Oversee inventory, shipments, incidents and replenishment.Drops, Launches & EventsCoordinate product launches, campaigns, PR activities and brand activations.Organisation & ScalabilityIdentify operational bottlenecks.Design solutions that allow the business to grow efficiently without compromis
