Your Responsibilities
1. Business Development (Hunter Role)
- Actively prospect the Portuguese Market to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified Webex meetings and appointments for the sales teams based in Barcelona.
- Analyze prospects’ needs and challenges to offer relevant and tailored lead-generation solutions.
- Conduct demos and deliver a compelling, well-structured sales pitch.
- Engage with Marketing/Communication Directors, CEOs, Call Center
- Report your daily activity and participate in weekly meetings to discuss KPIs, objectives, obstacles,
and action plans.
2. Account Management (Farmer Role)
- Manage and further develop an portfolio of clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with media, operations, and technical teams to guarantee the success of ongoing campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and proactively propose strategic recommendations.
