Experteer Overview
As Solutions Integration Manager, you will guide complex Agentic AI delivery programs, balancing breadth as a generalist with depth in a declared minor. You’ll lead end-to-end integrations, coordinate across vendors, clients, and product teams, and translate field insights into scalable practices. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and governance in a regulated environment. You’ll help shape a fast-growing Agent Suite and ensure privacy, security, and compliance underpin every solution.

Responsabilidades
• Solid track record in consulting, technical delivery, or engineering in fintech, payments, or enterprise AI
• Experience leading workstreams end-to-end and managing vendors and stakeholders
• Declared minor in Technical Program Management or depth in data architecture, security, conversational AI, context engineering, or regulatory tech
• Experience with cloud, APIs, event-driven patterns, and data structures (for Solution Architecture minor)
• Professional fluency in English and local market language
• Track record of building delivery processes in Year-Zero or early-stage practice (preferred)
