Experteer Overview
In this role you support Bunge Global Sanctions Compliance by handling sanctions, AML, anti-boycott, and related regulatory tasks. You’ll perform due diligence on counterparties, manage third-party screening, and help maintain compliance policies and training. You’ll collaborate with Legal and broader teams to implement changes and share updates on regulations. This is a hands-on compliance position with impact on risk management and global operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct counterparty due diligence reviews including ownership research and sanctions screening
• Perform vessels due diligence activities
• Maintain counterparty screening matrices and case files
• Support Third Party Management Program reviews and onboarding documentation
• Stay current on sanctions, AML, anti-corruption laws and notify management of changes
• Assist updates to compliance guidance, policies, and training materials




• Update relevant personnel on changes to laws and regulations
• Develop checklists for compliance procedures and screening requirements
• Maintain logs and case files for compliance data
• Support training development and delivery on compliance topics

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 2 years in a compliance-focused role related to sanctions, export controls or regulatory work
• Juris Doctorate or Masters or LLB or equivalent bachelor degree with relevant experience
• Proficiency in English; second language is a plus
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
• Experience with global collaboration or project management
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• ERP system experience (SAP/GTS) is a plus
