Experteer Overview
As Project Leader at Arcadis in Madrid, you’ll manage and deliver (sub)projects within quality, budget, and safety standards, guiding multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients and suppliers. You’ll define scopes, plans, and schedules while fostering cross‑disciplinary collaboration and representing Arcadis’ culture. This role offers visibility across projects, a chance to shape outcomes, and a pathway to leadership in a general design and delivery firm.

• Deliver monodisciplinary or subprojects within multidisciplinary programs, tracking budget and quality
• Define project scope, plans, technical information, and scheduling

• Advise on project issues and maintain fluent client and stakeholder communication

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of Project Management and/or Design experience
• B.S. in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering
• Fluent English for client meetings and reporting
• Hospitality project experience is highly appreciated
