In this role, you steer strategic commercial transformation across Europe to improve how we engage customers and empower sales teams, accelerating sustainable growth. You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The role combines analytics, cross‑functional coordination, and field insights to keep initiatives relevant and impactful. This opportunity offers exposure to senior leadership, a diverse European remit, and a chance to shape go-to-market excellence across vision care.

• Lead deployment of strategic commercial transformation programs across Europe (digital and non-digital)
• Partner with regional leadership, country teams, and global stakeholders for alignment and execution
• Define implementation roadmaps, success metrics, and monitor progress against objectives
• Collaborate with local teams to identify opportunities for improving commercial effectiveness and sales force performance
• Travel with field sales teams to gather customer/ frontline insights and ensure relevance of initiatives
• Serve as liaison between local markets, European leadership, and international teams with actionable insights




• Facilitate sharing of best practices across countries to accelerate adoption of innovative approaches
• Analyze sales force performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize go-to-market strategies

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (optical retail), sales operations, business transformation, consulting, or related functions
• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives across multiple markets and stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience leveraging CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Fluent English
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Europe
