Experteer Overview
In this role you will strengthen data governance and analytics at Sofinco Spain, aligning local governance with group standards while advancing the analytics environment. You will collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT to implement governance processes and maintain the Collibra catalog. You will also manage BI u0026amp; analytics delivery, from requirements to dashboards, and promote best practices across users. This position offers a chance to shape data governance, drive insightful analytics, and develop leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support the alignment of the local Data Governance Framework with the Group model and ECB BCBS 239 requirements
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Business and IT teams to implement governance processes
• Maintain and enrich the Collibra catalog (Business Glossary, Technical Dictionary, Data Lineage)
• Coordinate governance workflows,



approvals and data quality remediation actions
• Drive engagement within the Data Governance community and promote best practices
• Support users and promote best practices across the BI u0026 Analytics ecosystem
• Manage the dashboard development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Develop and maintain automated reports and corporate dashboards
• Anticipate business needs and propose innovative data visualization solutions
