Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the expansion of Envipco’s business in Spain, blending market insight with commercial expertise to grow key accounts. You work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams, including production facilities and the EU leadership, to deliver tailored solutions and measurable growth. You’ll shape account strategies, lead tender bids, and build a robust retailer network, reporting into the EU BD Director Spain. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, cross‑border setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build sustainable business in Spain
• Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies with BD Director
• Develop account plans and lead tender bids
• Build and maintain network with FMCG retailers
• Conduct deep market research on competition and drivers




• Interface between customers and Envipco European org, including production facilities (USA, Germany, Romania, Greece) and HQ in the Netherlands
• Demonstrate results via KPIs and sales targets (short and long term)
• Combination of strategic and operational work

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in B2B commercial leadership
• Ideally FMCG retail experience
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working with customers and technical teams
• Based in Madrid, reports to EU BD Director Spain
• Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
