Experteer Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you will define and deliver the user experience for Nexthink’s product capabilities, partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers. You’ll translate user needs into creative, scalable solutions and own design delivery from concept to shipped features. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across agile squads to solve complex problems with clear, aesthetically coherent interfaces. This role combines impact, collaboration, and the opportunity to shape the experience used by millions of enterprise employees.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar
• Desire to innovate and generate new ideas
• Technical background or experience designing technical products is a plus
• Expert knowledge of Figma
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., Figma Make, codedesign features, MCP)
• Excellent attention to detail and user-first mindset
• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
• Full professional proficiency in English (French a plus)
• Online portfolio or work samples demonstrating user-centered design solutions
