As AI Business Development Manager, you will drive demand and create qualified AI pipeline across EMEA/LATAM, shaping how customers adopt AI-ready data infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to build AI go-to-market programs and expand adoption in existing and new accounts. You’ll translate technical AI capabilities into business value and influence executive stakeholders. This role offers the chance to influence NetApp’s AI growth strategy across regions and partners.

• Build relationships with hyperscalers, GPU vendors, AI software providers, and cloud partners
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner-led pipeline generation
• Contribute to AI ecosystem engagement and opportunities

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Business Development, Strategic Sales, Go-to-Market, AI, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology roles
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and driving growth in tech markets
• Experience creating target account strategies and measurable outbound demand-generation programs
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure (GPU environments, model training/inference, data pipelines, RAG, vector databases, AI platforms)
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into executive-level business value
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills across matrixed orgs
• Fluent English; willingness to travel across EMEA/LATAM
