Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead international IT rollout and transformation projects for a global Medtech organization. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-border teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with global IT standards. Expect to manage go-lives, hypercare, and post-transition support, shaping international IT rollout governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact while advancing the company’s IT overarching mission.

• Lead international IT rollout and implementation projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews
• Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards




• Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management
• Support communication, training, and change management
• Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations

Responsabilidades
• Several years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel 10–15%
• PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage
• Bachelor in IT or related field (as listed in education)
