In this role, you serve as a hands-on IT Support Engineer II based in Valencia, driving operational excellence within a global IT Operations team. You bridge local employee experience with integral infrastructure, tackling root causes and optimizing workflows while moving toward AI-driven self-service solutions. You balance hardware and software support with asset lifecycle management, data integrity, and strict security alignment. You join a collaborative, global team to impact how Flywire scales and sustains its technology platform.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide high-touch on-site and remote hardware, OS (macOS/Windows), and network support for local and global teams
• Manage SaaS identities and security configurations in Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Jira
• Develop SOPs and identify recurring operational friction to enable automation and AI-ready workflows
• Oversee end-to-end asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory forecasting, provisioning,



and vendor coordination; ensure MDM zero-touch deployments and data integrity in the asset database
• Enforce IAM controls and SOC2 compliance; conduct User Access Reviews (UAR) across enterprise apps
• Collaborate with global Corporate IT, CPE, and Infrastructure teams to implement infrastructure updates and align local operations with global standards

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of progressive IT support/operations experience in SaaS, FinTech, or digital product environments
• Proven macOS and Windows deployment, security, and troubleshooting skills
• Direct experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
• Hands-on IT hardware lifecycle management, inventory control, and vendor relations
