Experteer Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive Nuvei’s growth in Southern Europe by expanding the sales pipeline and converting strategic opportunities across Ecommerce, Digital Goods, Retail, Crypto, Financial Services, and Marketplaces. You’ll present complex, high-value payments solutions to C-level stakeholders and shape partnership programs with merchants and partners. You’ll work cross-functionally to understand client needs, navigate regulatory and procurement considerations, and forecast performance with Salesforce. This role combines strategic market development with hands-on deal execution in a fast-growing fintech.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and manage a robust pipeline; forecast and report to senior leadership
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Ecom/Digital goods/Retail/Crypto/Financial Services merchants and Marketplaces
• Present large-scale technical payments solutions to C-level prospects
• Negotiate complex contracts across business, legal, procurement and finance
• Identify and develop new sales partnerships with merchants




• Understand prospects’ business, growth plans and competitive landscape; create demand
• Coordinate cross-country initiatives and leverage partner opportunities amid regulatory changes
• Maintain strong Salesforce-driven pipeline and provide accurate forecasts

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in sales within global enterprises
• payments industry expertise and a relevant Iberia network
• proven track record in complex C-level negotiations across technical, compliance, legal and commercial aspects
• ability to build internal and external relationships and share market insights
• strong written and verbal communication; willingness to travel
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus
• experience with Salesforce
• high motivation and team-oriented mindset
