Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and shape the Fresh supply chain strategy for Spain, collaborating with Pan-EU and tech teams to drive long-term improvements and daily operational excellence. You will own in-stock performance, inventory health, and vendor coordination while partnering with cross-functional groups to scale programs and automate processes. The role combines strategic program development with hands-on execution under pressure, offering the chance to influence future tooling and operating models. You’ll help define the Fresh supply chain vision and deliver measurable impact across availability, waste reduction, and capacity planning.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own daily in-stock and shrink metrics for Fresh Spain; manage PO execution, replenishment cycles, and inventory health
• Identify and resolve real-time supply chain disruptions, stockouts, and vendor delivery issues
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with fulfillment centers and logistics to ensure SLA compliance
• Design and implement supply chain programs to improve availability, reduce waste, and optimize inventory




• Drive process improvements with a focus on efficiency and scalability in partnership with tech, vendors, and ops
• Partner with EU/general teams to scale best practices locally
• Develop scalable SOPs and manage senior stakeholders across teams
• Handle large-scale data to support decision making and define long-term Fresh strategy

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and ability to take direction in English
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas clearly
• Experience working with large, complex data sets
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical abilities and data-driven decision making
• Bachelor in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths or similar
• Business-minded, hands-on, results-oriented with strategic thinking
• Effective communicator working with partners, vendors, and internal teams
• Team player with positive attitude and collaborative mindset
