Emerald Stay is seeking a Hospitality & Operations Director to join our Barcelona office. You will oversee multi-country on-site operations, lead Field Operations and work with our Barcelona-based head office teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
The role requires 7+ years in multi-site hospitality, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and fluency in French and English (Spanish a plus). Regular travel across destinations and a proactive mindset are essential.
