Experteer Overview
As Cybersecurity Architect, you guide the end-to-end integration of Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel into Kudelski Security's MDR platform, evaluating new Microsoft Security capabilities and automating deployment at scale. You work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Detection, and Engineering to align technology with strategic objectives. You’ll be the technical contact for MISA and influence Microsoft roadmaps, ensuring secure, scalable solutions that enhance SOC operations. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic collaboration in a fast-growing MDR context.

• Own end-to-end technical and operational integration of Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel into the MDR backend and services
• Act as technical expert for Microsoft Security roadmap; primary contact for Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) to influence Kudelski roadmap
• Evaluate new Microsoft Security products/features for potential integration with Kudelski offerings
• Contribute to product strategy and align across teams to meet strategic objectives
• Assess security visibility and detection capabilities of new technologies with MDR Detection Engineering
• Mitigate technical/operational hurdles for Defender XDR/Sentinel integration with platform and service architects




• Collaborate with DevOps to develop and test automated configuration management at scale
• Ensure smooth transition of new tech into day-to-day MDR operations with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel
• Experience with another security vendor is a plus (e.g. Crowdstrike, Google, SentinelOne)
• Experience in MDR/MSSP environment is a plus
• Hands-on approach to integrating technology into scalable MDR offerings
• Familiar with agile development and Cyber Security / Innovative Technology industry
• Experience with scripting and automation
• Able to drive integration across internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of MITRE ATTu0026CK
• Proven track record designing tools and systems for SOCs
• Ability to plan and execute at strategic and operational levels
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
