Descripción general / Responsabilidades:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer specialized in boilers with unless 4 years of experience in the Power Plants industry.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue Project Engineering deliverables such as material requisitions, technical tabulations, etc, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Execute assigned project scope in accordance with the project engineering manhour budget and schedule requirements
Plans individual work activities and manages time; develops deliverables in support of project plan; liaises with discipline engineers to ensure timely receipt of comments.
Coordinate engineering activities performed by others
Reports on progress issues
Ensure that the Engineering disciplines comply strictly with the contract and scope of work in completing project activities
Chair technical meetings with Third Parties and manage particular technical issues through to completion
Take a lead role in inter-discipline coordination and problem resolution

Habilidades / Cualificación:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Excellent command of Spanish and English languages
Typically has gained unless 4 years of experience in a relevant engineering project environment (Powe Plant sector)
Understands Technical work scopes, key dates and milestones




Understands and knows how to apply the procedures and work practices which define and govern Engineering Management and Project Engineering deliverables
Understands the importance of Project Engineering deliverables and the need for accuracy and timely issue
Understands the concept of customer satisfaction and is able to deliver to internal customers, including other Engineering disciplines.
Commercially astute and aware of the importance of Change control.
Has a good knowledge of standards, procedures and work practices; follows project execution flow chart; developing skills in project and technical execution.
Communicates with line managers highlighting issues and deficiencies
Holding a valid permit to live and work in Spain is required
