Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a Cybersecurity Analyst in this opportunity based inBarcelona (hybrid). ? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?

The Cybersecurity Analyst will become part of the IS Security Governance, Risk & Compliance team and their main focus will lay on executing the 2nd Line Risk management activities.

Conduct information security risk assessments and ensuring risk identification, risk analysis, risk mitigation/response/control, risk monitoring, including tracking/reporting on remediation.





Support in the development and continuous improvement of the IS Security & Risk documents (e.g. policies, procedures, standards).

Provide support in information and cybersecurity audits (internal & external), including audition preparation as well as resolution and closure of findings.

Develop, monitor, and prepare reports and dashboards containing key information security metrics to show the effectiveness of information security controls.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information or Cybersecurity, or similar/equivalent education.

+5 years of experience in the Information Security Governance or Information Security Risk Management domains.

Good knowledge -or the willingness to learn- information and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001/ISO 27005, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and general legal and regulatory framework such as EUGDPR, EU NIS 2, etc.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
