About the Role

As Growth Engineer in Amenitiz you have will have the full technical ownership of the marketing website to turn it into a top lead generation machine; you will gradually enable a strong Product Led Growth motion with many leads entering our funnel through our self-service flow and you will be an important link between Product and Sales departments.

What You’ll Achieve

- Drive technical onboarding and implementation for a product that solves real problems to hoteliers: driving bookings, managing reservations, finances, staff, and payments!

- Help build the foundations of Product Led Growth (PLG) at Amenitiz - As an early member of our PLG team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our product-led sales motions.

- Meaningfully shape our future product: as you engage with leads and customers, you'll gain insights to help us serve them better — and work with the product team to inform what we do next.

- Elevate your skills as we tackle our most impactful challenges: We've grown faster than any other Hospitech company connecting hoteliers to our sales professionals before buying — there's so much more to achieve by opening our product up to every hotelier in the world!

What You will be Involved into

- Build technical proof of concepts, demos, or tools to assist pre-sales with providing value to customers;

- Solving issues with the existing systems, prioritising based on business and technical needs and communicating impact to the team;

- Accompany our growth by redesigning and continuously developing the website, in close collaboration with the acquisition team;

- Ensure the quality and stability of web acquisition products (marketing website and blog);

- Implement no-code solutions where appropriate to streamline the Growth team's ability to ship tests;





- Own A/B testing stack and strategy;

Soft Skills

- You are a self-starter who is great at solving problems, initiating discussions, who is solutions-oriented, customer focused and which believes that any challenge can be scaled with the right mindset and tools.

- You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team.

- You’re highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry.

Hard Skills

- 3 years of experience in JS (fullstack, front-end sensibility);

- Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and testing frameworks;

- Knowledge of WordPress;

- Basic knowledge of technical SEO or willingness to dive in;

- Fluent in english;

- Excellent analytical skills;

- Growth experience is a plus;
