Cooltra is looking for its new Chief Marketing Officer to lead the department.

Core Responsibilities

- Develop Cooltra marketing and communication strategy to achieve the business plan for B2B, B2C and B2G business line with diversified revenue streams
- Lead a team of +10 people
- Being part of the executive team
- Define and manage KPIs for the different areas of the team: growth, retention, communication and design.
- Develop user acquisition and retention action plan and implement a loyalty strategy.
- Planning and executing global campaigns to generate and increase high-quality leads and coordinate with Regional Managers the contents local campaigns.
- Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure retention and growth.
- Select a variety of channels (such as emailing, landing pages, social media, private and public communities,



etc…) in order to find the most effective mix of activities to drive growth.
- Work closely with the Tech, Product and sales department to improve our service.
- Build trust relations and collaborations with providers and partners to achieve the best result possible.

Profile

- +8 years of experience building marketing strategies as well as experience with growth and digital.
- Previous experiences leading a team successfully (communicaion, design, acquisition and retention).
- Exceptional analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Be data driven with strong analytical orientation.
- Hard working.
