We’re looking for a highly organized and methodical individual to join our ever-growing team as Email Marketing Specialist . This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the international marketing world.

We use Klaviyo as our preferred email marketing platform.

As the Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist you will:

- support strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the subscriber lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, loyalty, retention, surveys, etc.
- build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals
- devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results and advise on improvements




- work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on the best practices
- mitigate email and SMS frequency between program touchpoints to minimize database churn. This includes marketing campaigns, triggered emails, and promotional emails.

It's a match if:

- You have experience in navigating existing templates, building and maintaining custom templates and in working with variety of ESP platforms
- You are able to translate design ideas into engaging email experiences to improve the level of personalization and support
- You are detail oriented and always triple check your work, you think creatively and analytically
- You are self-organized with clear and concise communication on the status of ongoing work
- You have an understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs
- You have management skills or team management experience
- You are able to develop powerful email campaigns for Lev Haolam, while having the technical knowhow to implement various strategies

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of A/B tests and ability to make recommendations to enhance campaign performance
