At Factorial we're looking for a rock star Marketing Operations Specialistto help us take our company and customers to the next level.

The Role ?

What will you be doing:

- Develop and maintain standardised operations reports and dashboards to monitor Marketing Performance
- Administer and support our Hubspot platform (lists, Workflows, chatflows, integrations, reports, properties, landing pages, campaigns, segmentation etc.)
- Help re-build and optimise our Email marketing communication structure: from Workflows to one shot campaigns (automated nurturing based on LCS)
- Project manage and move fast scaling technical and detailed projects: emails, images, links, copies, properties, Workflows, integrations etc.
- Create lead nurturing processes, not only communication based, but operational processes (attribution, helping assignation...) related
- Build repeatable processes to empower our Marketing and Sales teams
- Hubspot wizard: support day-to-day inquiries from the Marketing teams providing prompt and efficient resolution to all their inquiries (especially those related with Hubspot)

Your Profile ?

- Positive attitude :)
- Technology geek




- Experience in creating reports, dashboards and documenting processes
- You are fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge in French, Portuguese and German a big plus!
- Hands on experience with CRM tools (Hubspot knowledge is a must)
- At least mid level experience in Excel
- Experience in B2B / SMB / MSE markets
- Must be data oriented, organised, ethical, responsible & self-motivated
- You crush your goals and enjoy doing it!
- Eager to take ownership of the company and share improvement points (we have a culture of change!)
