The Opportunity

Responsible for ensuring compliance of finished cosmetic products, in line with chemical and cosmetic regulations intended for global and regional distribution, more specifically related to regulatory changes impacting product already on the market.

Anticipates any legislative changes that may affect our products to reduce the business impact on our organization.

What you´ll get to do

REGULATORY CHECK

Formula and raw material check: verify integral compliance regarding ingredients and concentrations
Coordination and compilation of information related to ingredients and finished product composition for regulatory analysis and review

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Support coordination and follow-up of formula changes for existing products on the market
Participate to change impact assessment by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders (inside and outside of the organization)

REGULATORY WATCH

Review and analyze of regulatory changes impacting cosmetic ingredients

IMPROVEMENT

Participate to regulatory project(s)



to adapt current processes/tools and where necessary improve/streamline company process
We´d love to meet you if you have
3-5 years in regulatory affairs for the cosmetic sector, within the European framework and beyond UE
Bachelor’s degree (sciences)
Fluent in Spanish & English. French is a plus
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and perseverance
Regulatory experience in cosmetic field
Good knowledge on EU Cosmetic Regulation, ECHA substance review process and IFRA.
Good command of the Office package, especially Excel
