In this role you’ll bridge partners and our product to deliver a seamless onboarding, integration and tech-resolution experience for Glovo On-Demand. You will shape and execute the AI roadmap to transform legacy processes into scalable, automated systems. You’ll tackle operational challenges with data- and AI-driven solutions, driving impact at scale. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to build capabilities rather than just manage them, in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in data, technical operations, or business operations
• Working knowledge of SQL to query and troubleshoot data
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate recurring processes
• Execution-oriented mindset with ownership
• Solid English communication skills
• Nice to have: experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Nice to have: experience in food tech or broader tech company environment
