Playground & Classroom Supervisor (Secondary & Sixth Form) - Bilingual English/Spanish

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and approachable Supervisor/Monitor to support our Secondary and Bachillerato students throughout the school day. This is a hands-on pastoral role, adecuado for someone who genuinely enjoys working with teenagers and thrives in a varied, fast-paced school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students during playground and break times.

- Supervise the dining hall during lunch service.

- Cover classes for short periods in the temporary absence of teaching staff, maintaining a calm and orderly environment.

- Provide general support to the pastoral and academic team wherever needed.

- Optional: act as a monitor on school bus routes for candidates interested in this additional responsibility.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent (bilingual) in English and Spanish, spoken and written.

- A genuine enjoyment of working with adolescents and young people.

- A strong team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.

- Reliable,



punctual, and confident managing groups of students independently.

- Previous experience in a school or youth-related setting is an advantage but not essential.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 16:00, with the option to extend hours by taking on school bus monitor duties for those interested.

The successful candidate will also be required to complete safeguarding training and to act at all times in accordance with the school's Child Protection Policy.
