Mission

- We are seeking a young consultant to be part of our Business Transformation general area.

- You will be key in the integration of social media agencies as they are acquired, with a focus on capturing commercial synergies and help in their overall integration to Samy.

- You will be assigned to one of the acquired companies, work closely with them in all aspects of the integration process and report to the Chief Transformation Officer.

- Also, you will participate in the M&A; process, helping the team in the business & commercial assessment of target companies.

- Finally, as a good consultant,



you will have the opportunity to lead special projects for which your problem solving and project management skills will be highly valued.

Job Functions

- Manage the integration of acquired companies into SAMY (you will be responsible for the full process of one of the acquisitions)

- Support in the business / commercial Due Diligence process.

- Define, structure and implement special projects; most of them highly strategic in nature.

Requirements

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Strategy or Business Consulting.

- Very strong problem solving capabilities.

- Great project management skills, attention to details.

- Awesome communications skills: Written and verbal.

- Comfortable working in fast pace and sometimes unstructured environments.

- Understanding of digital marketing and social media is a plus, but not a requirement.

- Fully fluent in English and Spanish. German and Dutch are a plus.
