Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
- Provide detailed information regarding reservation processes, cancellation policies, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with modifications to their bookings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
