Experteer Overview
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers, guiding architecture to production handoff and shaping engineering standards. You’ll mentor peers, influence product and engineering roadmaps, and stay at the frontier of AI tooling and models. • Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from decisions to production handoff
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform (agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails)
• Manage data lifecycle and integration across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms
• Resolve blockers in data integration, deployment, and orchestration
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes
• Create proofs-of-concept and MVPs with clear trade-off judgments
• Codify learned patterns into reusable assets and playbooks for the org
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions




• Provide depth on critical deployments and surface insights to Product and Engineering
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into deployable AI solutions
• Travel up to ~25% with customer engineers
• Contribute to field-driven feedback to roadmap and product evolution
• Communicate clearly with engineers, architects, and executives

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Deep data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with good judgment on when to push or defer
• Mentored technical talent and created reusable assets
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to travel ~25%
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
