As a Full-Stack Engineer in Treatwell’s Growth u0026amp; Marketing focus, you help the marketplace be discovered, understood, and chosen across 13 markets. You’ll split time between frontend and backend work to accelerate growth, improve discoverability, and optimize conversion across landing pages and discovery journeys. You partner with marketing and growth stakeholders to translate opportunities into high-quality technical solutions. • Grow and evolve the technical foundations that support customer acquisition, activation, and retention across Treatwell's markets
• Improve Discoverability by enhancing how search engines and users understand the marketplace
• Instrument work and support experimentation and measurement to validate ideas with data
• Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows from problem framing to production




• Own services end-to-end with a DevOps mindset, covering architecture to deployment
• Translate growth and marketing opportunities into clear engineering work and maintain high quality standards

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience owning production-grade web applications end-to-end
• Ability to own features from database schema to UI without handoffs
• Systems thinking and focus on upstream causes and trade-offs
• Product mindset with user-centric thinking and ability to push back when needed
• Data-driven and hypothesis-led, with instrumentation and measurement of impact
• Ability to partner with non-engineering stakeholders and translate growth needs into technical options
• Experience collaborating with marketing stakeholders and evaluating feasibility of requests
• English fluency and working rights in Italy or Spain
