From our Engineering & Manufacturing Division in Tarragona, we are looking to incorporate an Operations Manager for a leading industrial company specialized in engineering solutions, technical services and support for nuclear and other highly regulated industrial environments.We are looking for a technical professional with solid project management and leadership experience, capable of taking overall responsibility for operations, resources and teams across multiple projects.Your MissionYou will be responsible for ensuring that projects and operations are delivered efficiently, safely and profitably, coordinating people, resources, technical assets and different areas of the organization.This is a highly autonomous and cross-functional position, involving decision-making responsibility and the leadership of teams of up to approximately 50 people.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate the resources required for different projects, including internal teams, temporary staff and subcontractors.Ensure the right balance between project requirements and available resources.Lead projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery against schedule, cost, quality and performance objectives.Coordinate and support Project Managers and operational teams.Monitor/a operational and financial performance, with a strong focus on profitability and industrial margin.Manage the workshop, ensuring efficient organization, productivity and day-to-day operations.Ensure the availability, maintenance and proper condition of equipment, tools and facilities.Coordinate personnel onboarding, mobilization and training according to project requirements.Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety,
