Your Key Responsibilities:

- Source and engage exceptional talent from various sectors, utilizing innovative recruitment techniques.
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for client roles.
- Build enduring relationships with candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and deliver personalized recruitment solutions.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting engaging job descriptions to facilitating offer negotiations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.




- Prepare regular updates and insights for the management team on recruitment progress and candidate engagement.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a bonus.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous but not a must—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued!
- Excellent communication and networking skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills to manage various recruitment tasks effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping candidates find suitable employment.
- Willingness to work in Malaga and immerse yourself in the local culture.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on recruitment best practices.
- Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece
