In this role, you will be at the forefront of assisting our Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Help customers with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and our platform's services.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and any issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.




- Keep abreast of travel regulations, promotions, and platform updates to provide accurate information to clients.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or online services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is a plus.
- A positive mindset and an eager approach to problem resolution.
