At The Bicester Collection, technology is at the heart of our growth. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across the Village, ensuring our teams have secure, reliable and efficient IT services every day.

What you'll do

- Deliver first and second-line IT support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices and network issues
- Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment
- Support local and general IT projects, testing and rollouts
- Provide training and guidance to employees on new technologies
- Act as the local IT point of contact, ensuring a high-quality user experience

What we're looking for

- 2+ years' experience in an IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams and Active Directory
- Experience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and Autopilot
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
