Deine Aufgaben

- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the reception, assessment, registration, and storage of biological samples (e.g., blood, saliva, buccal swabs, biopsies…).
- Lead a team of sample reception specialist, ensuring adequate staffing, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Design and implement efficient workflows and SOPs for sample intake and traceability, in line with laboratory quality standards (e.g., ISO, CAP, CLIA…).
- Oversee proper integration of sample data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Ensure compliance with biosafety protocols and sample handling regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for logistics partners and internal departments regarding sample reception issues, incidents, or corrective actions.
- Monitor KPIs for the department, identify process bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance turnaround time and sample quality.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to support internal audits, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and mentorship to reception staff on sample handling, digital systems, and customer service standards.

Dein Profil

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Laboratory Sciences,



or in administrative areas related to healthcare or laboratory operations.

- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in a clinical or genetics laboratory, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Technical skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency with LIMS and sample traceability systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of biosafety standards and sample transportation regulations.
