We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a collaborative team working on impactful software solutions for a leading client.

You'll help translate business strategy into tangible outcomes, working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery environments
- Solid understanding of Agile, Lean & Continuous Delivery
- Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
- Strong skills in user stories, epics, personas & backlog management
- Experience modelling business processes and eliciting requirements
- Excellent prioritisation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and changing environments

AI fluency is a plus.

Location: Barcelona, 3 days/week onsite

Contract: Freelance

Rate: €260–295/day

Start date: 21 September 2026

Initial duration: Until 31 October, with expected extension
