We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong AI expertise to join a collaborative team working on innovative software and AI solutions for a leading client.You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify, assess and shape AI use cases , translating business needs into valuable and feasible AI solutions.What we’re looking forStrong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or AI Business AnalystStrong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and AI solution designHands-on understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation and fine-tuningAbility to assess AI use cases, feasibility, cost-benefit and business valueUnderstanding of hallucinations, bias, AI ethics, token management and model versioningExperience defining AI success metrics and A/B testing approachesGood knowledge of SQL,
