We are looking for Administrative to our office in Madrid. We require someone with customer oriented attitude, self-motivated, results oriented, demonstrated innovation, strong relationship building, accurate and with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
·processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes and claims,
·providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls),
·supporting sales representatives in maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers,
·meeting personal and team sales targets,
·administration and other office work.
What do we expect?
·technical education (profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related) will be an asset,
·proficiency in Spanish and advanced English,

·good command of MS Office,
