At ASTEK, we are looking for a Product Owner – Weighing & Dispensing to join a project within the Digital Manufacturing & Supply area, focused on the end-to-end management and evolution of the Weighing & Dispensing (W&D;) capability across the manufacturing network.

? What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management, evolution, compliance and operational performance of the Weighing & Dispensing capability, ensuring reliable, compliant and efficient execution of material dispensing processes across manufacturing operations.

- Define and maintain the global W&D; product strategy and multi-year roadmap, managing Siemens Opcenter and Tulip-based W&D; capabilities.
- Ensure application availability, reliability and performance, including incident, problem, change and release management, service levels and operational KPIs.
- Ensure GxP compliance, audit and inspection readiness, computerized system validation, data integrity and audit trail requirements.
- Act as the primary Digital partner to the Global Weighing & Dispensing Business Process Owner (BPO), translating business priorities into the digital product roadmap.
- Manage Siemens and other strategic vendors and implementation partners, overseeing performance, service quality, support, upgrades and lifecycle activities.
- Drive standardization, harmonization and continuous improvement of W&D; processes across the manufacturing network.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Delivery teams.
- Play a key strategic role in the Siemens Opcenter Separation & Takeover Program,



defining and driving the product strategy required to establish a sustainable and independent Opella-owned solution while ensuring business continuity.

✅ Who are you?

- You have 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing Systems, MES, Weighing & Dispensing, Manufacturing Operations or Digital Manufacturing environments.
- You have proven experience managing business-critical applications in regulated industries.
- You have experience working with manufacturing operations and shopfloor processes.
- You have experience leading application lifecycle management and transformation initiatives.
- You have experience managing software vendors and external service providers.
- You have experience operating in GxP-regulated environments.
- You have a strong understanding of Weighing & Dispensing business processes, manufacturing execution and shopfloor operations.
- You have experience with Siemens Opcenter W&D; solutions or equivalent platforms.
- You understand digital manufacturing ecosystems and site operations.
- You have knowledge of GxP regulations, validation and data integrity principles.
- You understand business interfaces and data exchanges between W&D;, ERP, MES and related manufacturing systems.




- You have experience managing integral multi-site applications.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage vendors and technology lifecycle activities effectively.
