As Senior Director / Executive Director Medical Writing, you will lead the PV Medical Writing function to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely deliverables. You will manage and develop the Medical Writing team, driving performance, engagement, and growth while upholding quality and inspection readiness.

You will provide strategic, cross-functional leadership to clients and project teams, and support business development through proposals and client engagements. You will oversee resources and budgets, strengthen regulatory safety deliverables, and represent the organization in industry forums to advance pharmacovigilance excellence.

- Drive quality, compliance, inspection readiness,



and continuous improvement (SOPs, KPIs, audits, regulatory inspections)
- Provide strategic PV medical writing expertise to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Support business development activities including proposals, bid defenses, and client engagements
- Oversee departmental resources, budgets, and operational performance
- Review regulatory safety responses and contribute to Risk Management Plans and aggregate reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service
- Represent the organization externally through industry engagement, publications, and professional development
