In this role you will drive high-impact marketing analytics to inform growth and efficiency at Socialpoint. You will partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to surface insights, build data pipelines, and prototype AI-driven automation.
You’ll translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and empower teams with clear visualizations. This is a data-to-decisions role that shapes marketing strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic initiatives
- Lead analytical deep dives and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Visualize and communicate findings to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives




- Prototype AI-driven automation to streamline investigations and improve decision-making

Responsabilidades

- Predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization
- Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including LTV modeling and incrementality analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; hands-on with Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate ambiguous questions into insights
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data simply
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; automating recurring analytics workflows is a plus
- Team player with proven data analytics or data science experience
- Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; Masters/MBA/PhD preferred
