In this Finance role you’ll own accounting operations for our Spanish subsidiary, ensuring accurate financial records and compliant reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally to manage asset accounting, AP/AR, cash flow, and tax support, supporting closings and regulatory compliance.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to uphold Spanish GAAP and IFRS, contributing to the company’s financial foundation as it scales. This role offers exposure to international finance processes within a growing e-commerce environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Record and manage all accounting transactions for the Spanish subsidiary
- Maintain asset accounting; track depreciation and reconcile fixed assets
- Reconcile accounts payable and manage accounts receivable with the parent company
- Ensure timely bank payments and monitor cash flows
- Support external tax advisors with tax returns and regulatory compliance
- Participate in monthly, quarterly,



and annual closings
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and booking instructions
- Communicate with local authorities and act as intermediary to external legal and tax advisors

Responsabilidades

- Degree or training in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in Spanish GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Advanced Excel skills
- Structured, detail-oriented with ownership mindset
- Strong communication with internal teams and external partners
- Fluency in Spanish and English and/or German
