As a CRM u0026amp; Growth Specialist in our Global Expansion team, you will help build and scale our growth engine in new markets. You’ll own the lead lifecycle, design scalable CRM journeys, and automate processes to speed up conversions. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to turn experiments into repeatable growth, leveraging data and AI to continuously improve campaigns and workflows.

This is a hands‑on, build‑from‑scratch role with a strong emphasis on automation, segmentation, and measurement that directly impacts pipeline and revenue. Join us to shape how we enter new markets and drive measurable growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies from first touch to sales opportunity
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, lists, campaigns, and CRM assets for scale
- Identify manual processes and automate them using technology, AI, and CRM solutions
- Design segmentation and targeting based on ICP, market, buyer behavior, and channels
- Create new processes from scratch and scale successful experiments




- Track CRM performance and link activities to pipeline and revenue
- Continuously experiment and optimize campaigns and journeys using data and learnings

Responsabilidades

- 2–4 years in CRM, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or similar
- Strong Hub Spot experience (Workflows, Lists, Emails, Campaigns, Properties, Reports, Deal Management, CRM automation)
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Hands-on builder who creates processes where none exist
- Growth mindset with ability to turn data into actions
- Tech-savvy and AI-curious with a habit of exploring new tools
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPIs and assess impact
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
