Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead international IT rollout and transformation projects for a global Medtech organization. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-border teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with global IT standards.

Expect to manage go-lives, hypercare, and post-transition support, shaping international IT rollout governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact while advancing the company’s IT overarching mission.

- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews
- Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare
- Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements
- Ensure alignment with integral IT standards




- Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management
- Support communication, training, and change management
- Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations

Responsabilidades

- Several years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects
- Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel 10–15%
- PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage
- Bachelor in IT or related field (as listed in education)

Requisitos principales
