As Shareplan Team Manager, you will lead multiple operational teams within the Equity Plan Management group, aligning delivery with business priorities, compliance, and client expectations.

You will drive continuous improvement, support product and systems development, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.

You will ensure customer and employee satisfaction while delivering key operational tasks and contributing to overall strategy.

This role combines people leadership with data-driven operations to optimize client outcomes and governance.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners to shape and execute the team’s impact at scale.

• Lead and support multiple operational teams, clarifying priorities, roles, and deliverables.
• Own customer and employee satisfaction and ensure successful completion of operational tasks.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture across offices and teams.
• Contribute to the business strategy by setting operational goals and achieving them.
• Support HR activities (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, engagement) and guide Team Leads.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development activities.




• Address service delivery bottlenecks stemming from software, staffing, or process inefficiencies.
• Balance standard admin processes with minimization of workarounds.
• Oversee product delivery and EPM-related tasks aligned with client requirements.
• Analyze operational data to produce monthly metrics by individual, product, and client; monitor revenue and profitability.
• Use data insights to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for IT, Product, CRM, events, or recurring program issues.
• Participate in internal sales updates and prioritization meetings to align operational input.
• Provide input on systems development, prioritization, and UAT; review software enhancement requirements and functional gaps.

Responsabilidades
• Previous team management experience in an operational environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and produce operational reporting.
• Solid understanding of controls, audit requirements, regulatory obligations, and compliance-driven operating environments.
