In this Procurement Specialist role, you support Chevron's Supply Chain Management by procuring materials, equipment and services, and by overseeing orders, bids, and contracts.

You will manage logistics across land, sea and air, balance reliability with supply, and maintain strong internal and supplier communications.

You work with cross-functional teams to plan material needs, optimize spend, and develop strategic procurement plans aligned with Chevron guidelines.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Analyze material requisitions to determine sourcing strategies and select suppliers via bid processes or negotiations in line with GLOBETEC and corporate guidelines
• Coordinate with user departments to ensure clear material planning and on-time delivery




• Execute purchases using procurement systems to satisfy base operations and support procurement compliance tasks
• Maintain and monitor Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) and analyze spend with Category Managers to develop new BPAs
• Negotiate and settle contractual disputes, and support annual contracting and procurement planning
• Maintain a validated database of purchase orders and amendments and ensure reliable document retention
• Manage logistics for material movement and ensure alignment with company procedures

Responsabilidades
• Two-year degree in technical (Oil u0026 Gas, Logistics or Engineering) or administration areas
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with a Supply Chain Management ERP system
• Teamwork and customer service orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
