In this role, you will own the regional Key Accounts strategy and lead the Partner Ads growth plan across Africa.

You’ll coach Account Managers, align cross-functional teams, and drive profitability for top restaurant partners while expanding advertiser adoption and monetization.

You will translate market insights into actions to improve campaign performance and ROAS, shaping the company’s growth in a high-potential region.

This position offers strategic impact, leadership responsibility, and a direct link to the business’s scale and profitability.

• Define and execute regional Key Accounts growth, retention, and profitability for top partners across Africa
• Lead the Partner Ads growth plan, set targets, and drive performance across markets
• Coach and guide local Account Management teams to hit revenue and adoption targets
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and boost ROAS
• Expand the advertiser pool through refined sales outreach from prospecting to launch and optimization




• Lead go-to-market efforts for new Partner Ads features in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and local teams
• Negotiate with key accounts and represent the region in cross-functional and global initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in digital advertising sales or key account management with multi-market revenue growth
• Experience selling performance-based advertising across different models
• Strong negotiation and key account management track record
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making in digital ad metrics
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Excellent communication and English fluency
• Experience with enterprise restaurant advertisers is a plus
