Experteer Overview
In this role you drive value from external SaaS providers by managing operational relationships, ensuring compliance, and aligning delivery with business demands.

You will partner with Tribe Leaders and Scrum Masters to enable agile supplier collaboration within contractual boundaries, focusing on cost efficiency and service quality.

You shape vendor strategies, oversee transitions, and monitor performance to sustain resilient, scalable service delivery.

This role offers impact across vendor governance, security and continuity in a large, mission-critical IT environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Contribute to SaaS vendor selection and define service offering in coordination with OE and stakeholders
• Lead vendor transition/onboarding and establish steady-state operating model for SaaS services
• Analyze usage, performance, availability and security; drive continuous improvement and manage risks
• Ensure service continuity, resilience, and readiness for business continuity and disaster recovery; manage demand and billing elements




• Govern SaaS forums and ensure cross-functional coordination with tribes, squads and IT entities
• Promote best practices in SaaS consumption, governance, license optimization, and adoption of operating standards

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of external supplier management experience, preferably in SaaS
• strong leadership in a scaled agile context; skilled in negotiating with vendors
• excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; fluent in English
• analytical with holistic thinking and change-management capability
• experience in IT applications within the insurance sector (a plus); knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
• familiarity with SaaS challenges: SLM, vendor governance, license management, cloud security
• proficient with JIRA/Confluence, Office Suite, Excel
