Experteer Overview
In this role you lead monodisciplinary and multidisciplinary projects within Arcadis’ Project Management team in Madrid, delivering on budget, quality, and planning controls.

You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring safe, compliant project execution and strong client relations.

You’ll apply the Arcadis Way Standard to management practices and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.

This is an opportunity to drive meaningful projects—particularly in hospitality—across a general design and engineering leader.

• Deliver mono- and multi-disciplinary projects or subprojects while tracking financial targets and ensuring quality
• Define scope and implement project plans, technical information, and scheduling




• Foster cross-discipline collaboration across teams
• Oversee junior project staff and guide decision-making during delivery
• Coordinate internally and externally, grow network and client relationships
• Advise on project issues and maintain fluent client interactions with suppliers and contractors

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of Project Management and/or Design experience
• Hospitality project experience is highly valued
• Bachelor in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering
• Fluent English (meetings and reporting in English)
